controller is still trash on every level compared to MnK..
Is that why so many pros are switching to controller?
Is that why Hal won ALGS on controller?
Hal even complains that AA is OP, but I guess the only answer is that the mnk pros must have just been bigger trash than him and his trash controller and trash AA, huh?

@4ccbf460f7b926b1do you abuse controller or know someone from your friends who says it's op?
I'm not saying ur lying, I'm just curious btw
- 3 years ago@4ccbf460f7b926b1 gotta be honest here, I don't know what these people are even talking about.
They complain about AA but I just don't see it, no matter how much time and will I put into it. Seriously, where can I get one of these busted mythical controllers? Because I want one. - 3 years ago
@reconzerodo pro players chug adderal? no
does it help like caffine? probably
does it give competetive advantage? probably about as much as having 10 ping instead of 20 ping
idk how much of a trueness it is to give aim assist credit to, when I search youtube about aimassist abusing it does start finding tutorials
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/xqggXENTJhA
I don't know though, I don't use controller I don't need to watch those

@reconzerolike it probably lets the player you know... extend flow state or something, feel less tired or more energised after long play sessions, but like these things can be taken care of differently or in a more healthly way...

@damsonwhufndthis I watched hundreds of these tutorials now, and I never came close to replicate any of the results shown. Make of that what you will.
It only seems to work on the dummies in the firing range, and that is when they're standing still. As soon as they walk, AA goes out of the window, so I am not sure if AA even does anything anymore.
Still, I would be interested to try other values other than 0.4 and 0.6. I would like to try 0.2 or 0.3.
Still not sure if they are going to do anything but you can never know. All I know is that I routinely play better on 0.4 than 0.6, which only tells me that the higher it is, the more of a hindrance it becomes.@4ccbf460f7b926b1 it's all good bro. If you noticed you did better on controller in close fights then that's totally fine. I will never understand it though, but it's fine.

@AcidicSoda44031you may not understand it, but that doesn't stop from controller players magically hitting 99% of their shots...
we just got wiped in trios, their aim was quite good, low and behold, they were on a controller.

I'm curious to know what is the basis of these opinions.
"do pro players chug adderal? no"
Directly contradicted by ImperialHal, a pro player.
"does it help like caffine? probably"
Which would explain why caffeine is in EVERYTHING, and adderall, an amphetamine, is a controlled substance. "It [adderall] is... used illicitly as an athletic performance enhancer, cognitive enhancer, appetite suppressant, and recreationally as a euphoriant." That's from wikipedia. Sorry I can't quote the PDR, but I don't have a copy just laying around. I'm not really sure how it is you can put these two substances on the same footing, but again, I'd like to know if there's something going on here that you know that I don't. - 3 years ago
@reconzeroyeah but they are similar, because both are stimulant, both affect brain to be in a more wakeful state, both increase dopamine and norepinephrine levels.
The difference is Adderall is more of a perscription drug, while caffine can be bought in a supermarket.
Both can have side effects, both can have diminishing returns on high or frequent doses, both can be addictive.

"you may not understand it, but that doesn't stop from controller players magically hitting 99% of their shots..."
LOL.
