Does PS4 crossplay include PC players?

Something I've been wondering for awhile now. Whenever I'm in a match, and I look at my teammates or enemies banner to see what platform they're on, all I see is a PlayStation logo or a controller ic...

    @jokool_aid You only end up in PC lobbies if you squad up with a PC player. So if you are only solo queuing or dont have any PC friends you play with you only play against console players.
