I hate to be the bearer of bad news however here it is.

Steam deck was blocked by EA and Respawn a while ago. In fact Steam Deck was never really supposed to be a way to play Apex as it was not supported. The reasoning behind the decision to block Steam deck was because to many people were using it as an unsupported work around to play the game and cheat as well.

Sorry to say but I think Steam Deck will remain blocked, at least for Apex.
