Downed 5 within 20 seconds - no badge reward

So I downed 5 enemies...

The first 4 of those was within 20 seconds.

The last 4 of those was also within 20 seconds. (Squad wipe)

I was not awarded with the Rapid Elimination badge???

This was during Wildcard.

Should I have received the badge?
