Drew McCoy, I wonder what made him leave.

Not just Drew McCoy, but Jon Shiring left this February as well. Also, 10 years ago, they both left Infinity Ward, after working on Call of Duty for a few years. Even though they are very experienced people, the games will move on. Who knows, maybe they will get replaced with other experienced people coming from Blizzard, Id, Riot, etc. or it's time for some other people at Respawn to climb up the ladder. It's just the natural evolution of a studio.

Heh, maybe it's a good moment for those who think they can do better than the devs to send resumes and show their worth 🙂
