EA - I Experienced A Wall Hack or Game Bug?

Hello EA,

The new containers that are located outside down on the ground around the Harvester, I was inside one, and just before I was knocked down, someone made 2 shots on the outside through the wall of the container, I even saw the 2 shots appear on the wall and I was down.

So I either experienced some sort of wall hack, where they can shoot you through walls, or there's a bug in the game.
