There is a cheating industry in China. They are cheating and boosting accounts to sell them. Most of the time you encounter a cheater in any region the cheater is from China. Even cheaters are not playing on Asia servers because they don't want to play aganist cheaters. They also hacking accounts, cheat on them and attempt to sell them.
At this point maybe battle pass must be forced after a certain rank so it will be less profitable to boost and sell account by cheats. Or maybe they should add a premium ladder that requires a sms verification, solo queue only and region locked.
There is no way to prevent cheats in FPS games but they can reduce it.
