The EA staff here at AHQ cannot help directly with bans, only the TOS team can do that.
Ultimately you are responsible for the management of your account, and are responsible for the actions of anyone that abuses it. Imo your case, while very emotionally compelling, is not as justified as you state.
For example you could have simply turned on 2 factor authentication on your account, to prevent this happening.

- 3 years ago@OldTreeCreeper This is false. I had 2FA on. My sister lives with me in my parents house due to her circumstances and my computer resides there. My emails and everything are present on my computer, he accessed it since we live in the same house. Don’t open your mouth if you don’t know my situation. IMO you’re just an idiot who has no idea what he’s spouting.

@MustajabR 2fa was an example, you left a door open for him to find a way to get into your account. Still your responsibility imo regardless of your situation. You will have to live with the consequences and be more careful in the future. You will need to curtail his access to anything important to you on your computer. Maby set him up an account as a seperate user on your pc or lock him out completely.
Best of luck.
