EA account hacked and then banned
I haven't picked up this game in a very long time and wanted to see how the new changes are. When logging in it made me change my ea password which is whatever im sure I was behind on a ton of update...
unfortunately, we are unable to assist with account issues on AHQ, if you believe someone else has accessed your account you will want to reach out to our support to look into this further and assist with your account information.
