"Battle Pass rewards from before the  Season 10 Battle Pass are exclusive to that season and will not come back again though recolours may be released., while those from  Season 10 onwards may be resold."

From Respawn themselves. That saying the FL skin OP wants will not be coming back. Best bet is an upcoming future skin.

@DankToliet All they have to do is release a recolor of the BP skin. Then people that don't have the original will have something with fancy sights and the rest can buy another skin.
