Yup mid season probably during the collection event along with Rampart's heirloom. We can confirm the heirloom tomorrow when the patch comes.
Here are Seer's default and legendary skins. I really like Light Show but it looks way too similar to my Mirage edition skin with the white armor and blue lines.

I'm curious if the slow down after return to totem will affect Revenant's use in the meta.
Presently it appears the meta is all about speed and movement....a big change from season 3/4(?) where holding spots with Wattson or Caustic was the meta. I wonder if the changes to Caustic will make you slowly see teams adapt more the those season 3/4 strats. I'm sure someone will say, "But they did nothing to buff Wattson, or nerf Octane!". The devs seem to never (intentionally) make any changes that will drastically change the game overnight. Minor tweaks here (like Caustic) and there until they find the right formula. If they buffed Wattson, Caustic and Rampart and Nerfed Revenant (greatly), Octane, Bloodhound and Gibby, then the game would be WAAAY different from one day to the next, which I'm sure would outrage many more people.
Also curious if you'll see Fuse/Caustic set-ups more (Fuse ultimate timed with Caustic's Ult could be nasty).
IMO, the updates that were made sound good, and I'm surely looking forward to this season.
