Ending Season 15...

I am almost done with the Battle Pass, each day I will be getting on just to play for the sake of playing.    Today I was on just to play 2 matches and open 10 bins, and nothing more.  I decided not to bother anyone.  Yet once more the system saw fit to toss 2 random hitchhikers on my solo.  The two seemed to be having fun and kept commenting on my actions or lack thereof.  I typed in chat that all I was here for was to open 3 more of my 10 bins.  I don't think they read it.  They seemed to have fun and we all died.

The winter event gave a surge of stars to my Battle Pass.  Otherwise I think I would have needed to work much harder over the weeks ahead.  Should you land in one of my matches, I will do my best to assist  you.  Keep in mind I normally play as Crypto and he is not meant to be a fighter, he is surveillance.  I grab gear, anything I think will benefit the team I ping or bring it to you.  I use my drone to find the enemies, confuse them, and take out shields.  Just don't expect me to down enemies with my awesome firepower.

I have unlocked and played the new character Catalyst and she seems over powered at present.. I expect they will nerf her, but I don't look forward to it.  I also unlocked Fuse.  I find his grenade launcher very interesting.  When playing as Fuse, I run all over scooping up grenades, especially the arc stars.

If we don't bump into each other this season, I will look forward to seeing you next season.

    @Xubunnytwo Are you saying that no-fill has not functioned correctly for you and you were given team mates anyway? That's a bummer. I, too, do a small share of no-fill games to progress the BP when I don't have time to play regular games.  Luckily, I have not had the misfortune of being given team mates anyways.

    @pandareno1999 it works about 80% of the time. I play on PC and find nobody else has this issue. In fact, I was team leader with my PS lodger online last week, just the two of us in BR trios. I had the little tick box unchecked. On our last match of the day, we picked up a hitchhikker newbie Lifeline. The guy on PlayStation says, it never happens to him. From now on I am making him the team leader.

    @Xubunnytwo That's really wacky, you were given one console random who you didn't queue with???

    EDIT wait, I guess it sounds like maybe you did queue with this person?

    @pandareno1999 to clarify, I have a young college student renting a room in my home. He plays Apex with me from time to time on his PS4. I play in my bedroom on the PC. The game seems to run better on the console but I do own an old HP computer. Normally I would blame the behavior on the PC, but this game seems to have its issues. None the less, we have fun with it.
