People want solo mode because trying to coordinate a team that can actually perform well is TIRING AF. I want to grind to predator without needing to find random people on discord that gel with me and are capable enough skill wise. This game has been out long enough to make solo an actual mode, forcing squads is really irritating. Makes absolutely zero sense why they wont give folks what they want.
People will just continue to quit because they don't have a team of people to play with other than random joes every night. The game provides zero support in finding qualified teammates, just a random crapshoot, you have to resort to discords and trial and error with people.
S O L O MODE..
@DaViDTheGeNiuSs There is a limited player base so adding in a new game mode would split the player pool a bit. Since I love squads I'd also prefer them to focus on perfecting a new team based mode rather than divert any energy towards tweaking solo play but whatever. If they go with solo they go with solo.
@FxPr0 Sure they can give the community what they want and at this point it only make sense to add solo. Way too many people whining about it. However its completely illogical to demand solo play in a game that's centered around squads.
Its kind of like buying a racing game and being angry there are no guns in it. They can add it but it seems odd to expect it.
If solos is popular, they will bring it back, it's as simple as that. Perhaps they are working on it now and trying to make it better than before. Like fixing certain character abilities that dont function well in solo's.
I dont see why people are so upset and impatient. The game started and is based around team play. That's its primary purpose I'm my opinion, solos is an additional game mode that is nice to have, but for me not necessary for me to enjoy this game.
I fell in love with this game because of the ping system, the gunplay, and the team aspect.
Victory, like everything else, is better shared than alone.
This game isn’t dead. In fact, it hasn’t even come close to peaking yet. It will be around for the foreseeable future, and even further. Over 70 million registered players and now even more investment from EA speaks for itself.
There’s nothing wrong with with solos, and it should be a permanent mode. Same goes for duos, Perhaps even quads. But solo play will never be better than team play. That’s why as big as they are, tennis and golf don’t dome close to the team sports in worldwide popularity.
I love the comment - why does this game need to fill a space that's already filled? There are already other BR's with Solos. Why fault a game for doing something different? I really hope Respawn stands firm on their team-based game. The second they give in to a bunch of whiny internet trolls is the day they lose power. Once they get one thing, they'll just beg for more. It's a never-ending cycle.
