abandoned game penality 10000 hours

i just got back to the game 3 days ago after not playing for 6 seaons or more playing ranked games as always and today after finishing my ranked game i got a notification for abondoned game penality 10000 hours, why ? i really don't know!!!!! i crushed because i lost network than reconnected to the game we still all alive. we continue after that my team m8 died was the only who survived top 5 then top 2. so i decided to die to the ring so i don't give the other team more points. BOOM i find after exiting the game that i got a 10k hours temporary ban for all modes!! i really want to talk to live support or make a case but changed the forum so if anyone can help me how tell me please !!! specialy live support
