Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I got banned on Apex, but my EA Penalty History is completely empty.

When I launch the game, it says my user is banned, but there’s no listed violation and no proper way to appeal it. I’ve already submitted cases, but I keep getting responses that are clearly for player reports, not ban appeals.

I have not used cheats.

Has anyone else had a ban with no penalty showing at all? Did it get resolved?

I’ve seen posts where people were unbanned later without explanation, so I’m wondering if this is a system error or false ban.

I know some of you might think I've done something wrong. If I read this post 1 day ago id say the same / think the same.  

But please help, i dont understand why I cannot even appeal?
