Apex causes my PC to restart

Hello I recently started having a issue with my pc where any game using EA anti cheat just cause my computer to black screen, briefly put up a image saying an error has occured, then restarts. Does anyone know what could be happening? I have done the basic stuff like update drivers, reinstall game repair game files, run as admin etc. When i try to run the anticheat setup or tool it just doesnt open even if I put run as admin
