    Hi there. I'm sorry to say, the best you can do is submit another dispute. We're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. It's completely up to ToS.

i already know about this and I know the forum team can’t do anything but I saw people got email by the EA ToS team and got unbanned likely directly, I’m not sure if he waited for so long so he got an dm but if this is true isn’t this kinda a problem to other false ban people? I mean no disrespect just a question if your able to answer
