False bans and no explanation

Same thing with me as well. And I bet all you can get from your ban appeal is the same automated answer as i got.

same thing with me and my friend. There’s something wrong with the anti cheat we both got banned the same day yesterday for that same reason while js casually playing the game 

I was never given an email for this ban and the penalty doesn't tell me what the reason is just stages gameplay enhancement. Which as I've stated, I have never used any enhancements to my gameplay and I don't use controllers. All I got was a notification after I was about to close the game saying my account was locked, I reopened it and it said my account was banned. I don't care how many times I have to send an appeal but I never "enhanced" my gameplay.

unfortunately, we cannot help with ban appeals here in the forum. When creating a ban appeal, a member of the Terms of Services team picks up the case and checks your account - not a bot. 

You can try appealing again, but if it's been rejected several times already, it's unlikely to change at this point.

You can find the reason for your ban in your penalty history, as well as in the e-mail that was send to you when you got the ban.
