Falsely Perma-Banned From Apex Legends

I've had the same issue just happen to me. I was playing with friends with no issue, and suddenly I'm getting kicked out of every game I try to load into with no explanation and an error code that just says 'client account banned'. Is this some sort of glitch? I don't use hacks and I don't even talk on voice in game. There's absolutely no reason for this and if it's some sort of glitch, it needs to be resolved.
