Took them a while but i got my account back and i'm happy.

- @crispythepotato around 3 moths but i had to talk to ea live chat guys twice and they made 2 cases, first case took around 2 months and then it said fixed but it wasn't, i was still banned so i wrote to them again and the second time it took less than a month (around 2 or 3 weeks). I didn't get an email telling me I'm unbanned, instead i got an email asking me about my experience with the chat moderator xD, i was confused so i thought id check the case again and it said fixed also. So i log in my account, launch apex and start a game with no issues, its my second day since the unban

*as long as you haven't done something terrible that actually means your account should be banned forever. - @OjBreshk Happy you got your account back! Keep your passwords up to date and keep the 2FA turned on.
- @OjBreshk ah well lucky you, i'm glad you have ur account back! (: i made a lot of cases, they don't wanna help me anymore. i chat with 3 guys, talked on the phone with 2 guys and had a lot of cases but my account is still banned...

In my case, my account was stolen and banned. I was probably banned long before i found out cuz i didn't play for a long time, last time i played the game it was season 4 or 5 im not sure - @OjBreshk that's the problem. i don't know. i was just playing with my friend, i went off, next day i wanted to play again and then i was banned. i didn't cheated or whatever bad.
I lot of people have the same issue. And the support team tells that the account wasn't hacked, because they don't have proper logs in their dashboard.

If you can prove that you were hacked then it sounds like they will reinstate it. For the rest of us it is guilty until proven innocent. How would I have evidence or a screenshot to show I wasn't cheating at a particular time when some butthurt person decided to report me? Waiting for two weeks when you know it is baseless is ridiculous. Most of us have been playing for a while, have spent money, have never been hacked, have never cheated, our stats are fairly consistent and we get randomly banned.
