Flyers in cages
ATTENTION NEWBS/NOOBS AND ‘FUNNY PEOPLE’. THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT JUST FOR YOU!
STOP GOING RIGHT PAST THE FLYERS IN CAGES AND ALERTING EVERY DAMN SQUAD WITHIN 1 SQUARE KILOMETER THAT A SQUAD IS IN A SPECIFIC SPOT.
ALSO STOP TRYING TO PUNCH THE FLYER THINKING YOU CAN KILL HIM THAT WAY CAUSE YOU WONT HURT HIM THAT WAY AND JUST FURTHER LENGTHEN THE TIME IT’LL SCREECH.
[EDIT] After some researching proposed by sir/madam @Extremejinks and vague recollection of sir/madam @BaldWraithSimp I have figured out 2 things. One, you can punch them to death so my initial post contained wrongful information. HOWEVER, you need to hit them ‘correctly’ on the noggin to damage them (which should be easy...).
Two, they do not react to the clone made by Mirage.
How long has this map already been out? Almost a month now? Still, ppl run right past the things, run back after the screech and try to punch the flyers at first... then throw throwables or fire at it...
sometimes they run past it multiple times... so annoying... so really annoying... how can you not know by now not to do this.
A rando from a couple of days ago went past one and was startled and actually said ‘what is this?!’ and like every other tried punching the thing... that right there tells you that this teammate is not worth your time...
