Help Contacting Support

Question

I have been trying to get in contact with a real human for so long. I need to change the email associated with my account. I don’t have access to the email I used in 2019 to create my ea account but I still can sign in using my PlayStation. I play Apex among others but I can’t change the email associated with them. Please help me.

I’ve done that. I’ve submitted multiple tickets, the issue is that they send the confirmation and I assume their responses to the email I don’t have access to. I need like an actual EA person to escalate my issue.&nbsp;
