Fragment city ruined worlds edge, destroy it like you destroyed skulltown

@apostolateofDOOM  was usually  contested by everybody thinking that they were gonna loot and head into skulltown lol. Often resulted in low ammo/heals unless the fights were damn clean in my own personal experience of thunderdome.

I preferred the unmarked POI just south of it, loot was still good enough to equip a squad and you had easy rotations to either skull or water treatment, or even thunderdome itself if you heard fights drawing to a close. 😛
