Even good players still have bad games and bad luck in Apex. I quickly lost interest in watching Apex streams because so much of what you see is them disconnecting games instantly when things don't work out. Disconnecting games when they run through 3 buildings and don't find a gun yet. Maybe they know they're screwed that quickly and don't even want to try, but I see this a lot. You could say it's the nature of BR games, but it's seriously not fun to watch a streamer disconnect 4 games in a row because of bad luck at Skull Town.
Really, just play and try to have fun. If you stop having fun then take a break and go back to whatever game you were playing last. This game is going for casual mass appeal, I highly doubt we'll ever get a ranked matchmaking system or an esports scene.

ye noticed others disconnecting during flight because they did not seem to be happy with the way I coordinated landings as jumpmaster.
They might not have disconnected for that particular reason. Many people are still having issues with crashes and random disconnects, which often happen either during the character select screen or during landing. I often crash myself in those cases, which is beyond annoying, considering its been a month already and those issues aren't solved yet.
As for the topic at hand, OP didnt complained about cheaters, nor he even mentioned any to begin with. His point was that the skill gap between some players is too big and the toxicity that brings, especially in random groups and i agree. I am sure the random groups of people, each level 10 or below are having great fun being literally destroyed by pre-set teams of streamers, or people with 2k+ kills. /sarcasm
Some sort of algoritm have to be introduced in the matchmaking to make it impossible such high skill gap to exist in those games, because its not fun for either sides. Whenever I get someone with 2+ kills in my squads they either go afk or go on their own, when they see they have been matched with lower level players or players way below their kill count. Its redicilous and its ruining the experience for everyone. Let the tryhards play against other tryhards and let the new players have an actual chance of learning the game by playing in equal field, because honestly you dont learn anything by being constantly destroyed by much better players, you just frustrated by that.
