Game chat
I cannot chat inside the game whether or not when I’m in the lobby or in the actual game and I wanna know if I am either in a band or if there’s something I can do to fix this mess

From what I know at least for Apex EA does not ban/suspend Audio or written chat. If you have a ban or suspension you would not be able to access/play the game at all.
With that in mind you you need to check your settings?
Are you on console? Or PC? Is it an Audio issue? or is it a written chat issue?
