Gave me wrong heirloom

I got the wrong heirloom a month or two ago and I wanna see if i can get the one i wanted

    Hey @D3AD8C0RPS3,

    I'm afraid once an heirloom is selected, that is a final decision.

    At this point we don't have the ability to reverse that or exchange an heirloom, sorry.

  I got heirloom shards and used themto buy the suzaku but the game took my shards but gave me Ash's heirloom l. I have this on video. I don't know if is appropriate to reply to such an old post but I am trying everything because EA support doesn't care to help me.
