Get rid of tier demotion protection

There are two big problems with tier demotion, and neither has anything to do with that Respawn and game companies are too scared to do it since a lot of quitters must also apparently buy stuff from them.

1. Respawn clearly does not see quitting as a problem, but thinks it's the best thing ever for you to never play a game you don't want to, or your opponent, so they actually reward quitting. Even if they can't admit to it and give you a '10 minute penalty' (lel)

2. The Ranked system progression super sucks. So, there's no point in doing it until you make a ranked system that actually rewards when you play better than people of your own skill. Right now, you advance no matter what pretty much through silver, can do that through gold, and starting at platinum, you actually have to be about 4 full tiers higher to advance. There's just no point and Respawn, bet money, won't ever make Ranked changes that matter regarding scoring.

So until then, if you can't beat them, join them. Quit away and get all your benefits for doing it.

Not gonna happen because :

- Players who got to their highest achievable rank are just gonna stop playing ranked out of fear of getting demoted

- It makes smurfing way too easy since players could just throw a dozen games instead of creating a new account to play at a lower rank

- It will make ranked games wayyy more toxic since bad teammates could cause you to demote and thats just too frustrating imo

@Abyssloli Exactly as this guy said. Anyone who has ever played a game like fifa knows how easy it is to demote and bash lower levels.
