@aisthebestletterCould it be lag? Did you get a clip of it? If so send it to me.
Had you literally just moved to these locations after you was shot?
If so its the potato powered servers fault, it happens.
@aisthebestletterPerspective. If you are holding a corner, back up a bit. If you are hugging a corner the opponent will see your hitbox well before you can see them sins the camera is center of your model.
Simply put, the player who is farthest from the cover obstructing line of sight, is going to se the other players model first. However this only applies to slow movment. Sins player moving faster is going to have a peekers advantage.
- @aisthebestletter Happens to me a lot. Go behind cover, get shot.
Think it's bad netcode type ish.
Had it on R6 real bad when they introduced lag compensation... they removed it quickly when they realised people were taking cover then dying from someone shooting where they were 2 seconds ago. - @1ronKeys This is in all games and its going to be untill we can send information between servers and computers instantly. The best way to exploit this is to always be coming out of cover fast, giving you the reversed effect of what you are experiancing, called peekers advantage. Its a key "mechanics" in R6 that actually balance the game against "campers".
- aisthebestletter6 years agoSeasoned Ace@DarthValtrex I am usually too annoyed to remember to push record. I need to try next time
- aisthebestletter6 years agoSeasoned Ace@DoYaSeeMe I watched that a few days ago. Because I am higher ping (lowest is 60), I have to play offensively. I should have rushed him in hindsight instead of waiting around the corner.
@aisthebestletterI have watched doors close and then I’m dropped...behind a closed door. Server lag is terrible.
Aim Bot use seems on the rise on Pc right now. Feels like every game I run into a low level who shoots like a pro
