@1xZephyrus I don’t know that lifeline is completely obsolete. But gibi definitely infringes on her abilities now.
Gibi is supposed to be all about armor.. lifeline is the medic.
I understand them trying to buff gibi, but I don’t feel like this buff was needed.

@DarthValtrexCame up on a squad last night, being solo I didn't stand a chance and knew I was going to die right away as we just bumped into each other randomly. Well, Gibby was the first one I engaged, dude took 7 shots with white armor, from my G7, and just retaliated like nothing had ever happened, needless to say, he downed me.
Not sure why they buffed him yet again, and hopefully it has something to do with meta and S4, just like the energy mags and the upcoming Volt.
In every competition, every team always has same combination : Path, Wraith, Watson. (boring, right ?)
They want to break from this pattern, but who ? Gibby is most impossible one, but let's do whatever it takes to make it happen.
Magic 1, magic 2 , magic 3, etc
Wala...we start seeing big Gibby become attractive and few teams start using him now (10-20%).
Good start, but that's not enough, let make sure ALL teams using Gibby !

- Enemy entering/going out the dome will be slowed/stunned.
- Team mate revive inside the dome will be faster too.
- @asukojo I don’t play gibi because of his slow run animation. I know he’s just as fast but slow run animation throws me off.
- @DarthValtrex I like his body slam finisher as well. My favorite finisher is Wattson where she elevates the person.. but it’s super slow/long.
- @Gabrielmojo26 i should have been more specific, I understand the original buff, but not this one. He was already a close combat god.
I’ve been in the same situation, I go for headshots. I can’t tell you how many times that chest shield has made the difference for the gibi. It’s what 75 damage. I get with in 1 or 2 rounds of knocking
I really try to avoid Gibi in close combat unless I can flank him or have a devo with a turbo.The first time I was revived by Gib, the other day, to be honest it seemed faster than the other legends, picked me up, slapped me on the back and poof I was up and I swear it seemed really fast...
Anyone else think this is faster than all the other legends doing their revive?
Used it once for the first time in my games today and it was pretty cool.
We just got done wiping a squad right off landing and with no other enemies in site, I decided to throw down a dome and revive my teammate. It really did feel faster than anyone elses, even lifelines.
Fun to use, but it restricts vision to a very small area on the ground so watch out.
