Give us a no cooldown option for tactical in the firing range

With all the additions to the firing range, why is this blaringly oblivious feature being slept on? I want to practice Pathfinder grapples and have to wait a minimum of 20 seconds between each grapp...

ap-northeast-1 server = A Cheater's hive
This server is definitely filled with a lot of cheaters. Most of them are those that move so erratically that's it's essentially hard to hit them and also their recoil is unbelievable.
