Given The Wrong Heirloom

After a year and half of waiting I finally received some heirloom shards and knew (since it was released) that I wanted Caustic's Death Hammer. With the excitement and from the anticipation I immediately bought the hammer after reciving the shards and the game took my shards. I did not recive my heirloom (Caustic's hammer) and had no shards remaining. I restarted my game and when I came back in I still had no shards, and no hammer. I waited for 2 days. The game finally gave me an heirloom but it was Bangalore's.... I was incredibly disappointed but decided to wait before reporting the issues thinking that maybe the game would sort itself out it has been weeks and I am still very disappointed. I tried reaching out to customer service but was not contacted/emailed back, and my case says "(no fix available)" please help me Respawn. I love this game and will continue to play it. I do not have alot of money and buy what I can to support the game. I do not have $500 to spend on this game and have no idea when I will recive heirloom shards again. I've devastated that after all this time I'm nor able to enjoy the biggest part of the game I've been waiting for.
Ps: I used to have a pc account for the game but do not use it anymore since I no longer have the pc. This issue is on my ps4 account. I'm not sure if that matters or if the heirloom was transfered to the pc account I have no way of checking.
