Had a real karen in my arena, took a word wrong then bailed and was wrong.

During the match I said stop pussyfooting around.  The person was like don't say p***y.  Even merriam webster dictionary states:

*·foot | \ ˈpu̇-sē-ˌfu̇t  \
pussyfooted; pussyfooting; pussyfoots
Definition of pussyfoot

intransitive verb

1: to tread or move warily or stealthily
2: to refrain from committing oneself

So hats off to Unsaidplayer for leaving a match for being upset over something that wasn't even derogatory and that you took wrong.  Grow up a little? Hope you enjoy your abandonment ban. GG

@Koochi-Q Wait, are you saying if you type a certain African country's name in game you'll get banned? Bruh, that is some degree of next level wackiness, if that's true.

@CCbathwater Yes, you might. It’s not a definite and cases are far and few between, but if someone wants to grief, you might get banned for it xD.

The japanese thing is related to language barrier ofc but it shows that it’s definitely an automated process.
  • @CCbathwater Only if someone reports you. Which I honestly wouldn't be surprised given how some players like to troll others. One guy kept insulting my mother, but specifically using positive words with innuendo to avoid triggering any filters. He kept going for three or four times, but when I never responded, he gave up. He was trying to provoke me to report me, I'm sure.

@CCbathwater That's the lack of sophistication I was referring to in my earlier post.  If the numbers 69 and 420 can get you banned, all bets are off.  (Hey- maybe that's why the triple take was tucked into the care package?  Too much exposure to the funny sex number!)

Im in console so it’s voice chat.

point is their filters/algorithms are deeply flawed if that triggers it. They need to fix that.

When something is based in the US, you really have to think before you speak because everything could potentially be offensive. Can I btw use the correct demonym for a person from India, or would that be offensive in EA's auto ban bot's algorithmic ear? Maybe "a person native to India" would be better, just to be on the safe side.

@CCbathwater Thanks, I learned a new word today. But I wouldn't use it in text chat, someone might report me for calling them a demon!
