The mountain is the easter egg itself yeah. You just need a Kraber to get a good view of it, it's pretty far off into the yonder.
Ok, I was in training yesterday with a Kraber looking at everything I could. I even Googled the little dinosaur you can find but the sign at the top of the tower would "crush" me before it flicked me to the bones lol

You can also get to the bones by waling over the thick cable that suspends the red banners hanging from it.
I tried the method by launching yourself with the practice target, but it didn't work for me either.
Anyway, the nessie plush dolls were already there from launch. As well as the Shady the dog plush doll.
