Who can I speak with regarding a similar issue? My EA account was entirely banned due to a violation of new policy guidelines. I would like to speak to a person regarding what occurred. I have appealed my case, but I don't expect it to go anywhere. I have never had an issue with EA, nor my EA Account being banned, but in 2 months my account gets banned for 2 incidents that I feel are unfair and over reaching. I have tried all of EA's help things and would really appreciate being contact by an actual person who can help with my situation.

Please note that I am not an employee of EA and or it's affiliates nor am I part of the EA staff.

My suggestion to the original poster was in fact to change their gamer tag as this would help alleviate their problem. If they want to ignore my suggestion they can, it is their choice and I really do not have anything to do with that or what happens one way or the other.

I am just another Forum member like all the others here trying to help out where and when and how I can. 

I do not robot answer out stuff.

As far as the Star Trek quote is concerned it is just a quote take it as you will. I could have just as well used, Veni, vidi, vici (I came, I saw, I conquered) or any other fun quote. 

If you need help with an issue either contact EA help or post what your issue problem is and if it can be addressed via AHQ we will if not someone will direct you to the right place for that help.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @CasualAshPlayer 

There is no other way to speak with the team.

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
