Healthy way to balance Horizon.

@Mister_47Y I actually find her to be well balanced in the legend system now. She finally can not sit in her air strafe for long periods popping bats and such. Her ult is very iffy on if it will actually hit the enemy team or they just run from it like most do or instantly shoot it.

IMO this was a drastic change that was done to her. Only time will tell how big of a change it made when the season ends and her pick and win rate data is recorded. But a lot of pro players have stopped playing her completely. Which is a good thing because her lift was way too over-powered and gave her a huge advantage over all legends.
