Heartbroken, Help please!

Apex has been my fav game for a while now and i dedicated myself fully for it, ive been spending on so much on this game i have so many heirlooms , so many rare skins etc, im just a regular person with a K.D of 0.5 , im not a pro but im grinding my ladder everyday and dedicated to it.

I had a major issue ; someone else was logged in on my account, i saw various changes on my account , my skins, badges and also ranked was changed, i immediately reported it to secure my account, the admin on  ea help chat told me to reset all my passwords which i did, the hacker later on disconnected on my account. 

Now yesterday i tried to log in and i saw i was perm ban, i appeal my case and after 24hrs they replied and said the ban is justified ,  I AM the victim here, i feel they didnt check previous cases of me reported being hacked because im 100% sure this is where the issue is, the hacker played around 5-7 matches and he did some matches above 10 kills with high damages , im pretty sure he was hacking , i reported every single issue i had since i started playing this game and i feel EA is not giving enough consideration to its player base , i asked to check my IPs and when and why  i was reported etc but nothing has been justified , please help me, i spent so much time and money on this game to be treated like this feel so unjust ,
