Heirloom improved animations

I would love to see some additional animation to the Heirlooms. Here is what I was thinking, they start out the match kind of dull, but as you stack kills they start to do unique animations. If they already do this I’m oblivious and have not noticed. 

wraiths could get the lightning and the lightning increases with each kill. 
octanes could have blood drip from it maybe even the inlay animations start to glow.

Paths the LED animations on the boxing gloves start fairly mild and change/increase with kills.
lifelines starts to get more static..

bloodhounds drips blood or the blades start to glow red hot..
