Heirloom Refund

I recently received my first heirloom shards after a couple of year opening packs, and decided to buy the Katar heirloom.

Shortly after buying the heirloom, I realized that it wasn't really something that I enjoyed using, and would much rather a different heirloom for one of my main legends.

I was just wondering if I'd be able to get my heirloom returned, and then given the specific heirloom that I wanted instead. (I'm just wondering if this is possible due to the "free heirloom" bug a few seasons ago where EA removed the heirlooms from everybody who used the bug)

If doing this isn't possible, I guess I'll just wait a few more years until I finally get my next heirloom, but I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone would be able to help me with this.

Unfortunately it isn't possible to refund heirlooms.

Unfortuantely we can't refund any in-game purchases in Apex.

Could I get at least an exchange for the heirloom. I've been holding on to the shards for a while and my brother decided to buy a heirloom we still hadnt agreed on.

Unfortunately it's not possible to refund or exchange heirlooms, no. I can only recommend that you stop sharing your account, as doing so is against our terms of use.

Oh....we live in the same house and use the same console. Good to know though
