Heirloom Shards or any other Mythic item from a pack.

Hello EA Support Team,

I have been playing Apex Legends since the game was first released, and I have opened a very large number of Apex Packs over the years. I have also purchased additional packs separately.

To the best of my knowledge, I have now opened more than 500 Apex Packs, but I have never received Heirloom Shards or any other Mythic item from a pack.

I understand that Heirloom Shards are guaranteed after opening 500 eligible Apex Packs without receiving them. Could you please review my account and confirm whether my Apex Pack counter is working correctly and how many eligible packs I have opened?
