Heirloom Shards

Why can't we get an Heirloom by purchasing Heirloom Shards that cost by actual money and by 300 Apex Packs.  However the issue is not about the Heirloom Shards it is how we can obtain them.  And Se...

    @Jem450R  exactly. i got my first heirloom, the kunai at 120 or so packs. RNG gonna be RNG.
