how exactly you reported cheater?
* from game? it's waste of time.
* on EAC page? then maybe he will get ban after 5+ days.
In any case don't expect ban in closest 5 days.
if reported in game doesnt have any use , better the EA remove the report button , thats all .
These things take time, the report needs to be processed and investigated before a ban is issued. You gotta remember that hacking is a widespread issue on PC gaming, and they receive a lot of reports and they all need working through. Especially when you factor in things like false reports.
@SlivPTSYes they do take action, but it is a slow process. The system does not instantly ban someone because they have been reported. That would lead to innocent people being banned. File the report, someone will eventually review it. Remember to only report people you know are cheating. Try to include video of the suspected cheater in game.

@DarthValtrex
Nobody reviews these reports.
In-game report system is and always will be abused by players, that's why nobody takes these reports seriously.
All what this system can do is lower trust factor for players who reach xxx amount of reports = he will play with cheaters more often.
That's not true. The TOS team does review these reports. Please don't spread misinformation.
I know it can be frustrating to see cheaters in-game, but please continue reporting them when you see them so the TOS team can investigate.

@Nasher355 Have you not seen the constant barrage of "I've been falsely banned" topics posted on this forum? It's definitely doing something.
EAC operates on more than one game, it isn't solely focused on Apex legends. The sheer amount of reports to be investigated would blow your mind if you saw a physical list lol. 😛
