Same thing happened to me, first on may 2024 with my steam account, made 4 cases on ea help to no avail: 0 responses.
Then migrated to epic games' apex legends with other credentials, lasting me a year before i found out that my account got locked a week prior to making this response to your post (zhanshenyu7).
