High average pc latency and crashes

Recently started experiencing back to back game crashes with no error code. Not only that, when I'm in the lobby my average pc latency skyrockets to the literal millions and I was wondering if people are experiencing this as well. Thing is, when I go to shooting range the average pc latency goes down to how it is normally like under 10 ms. For the crashes I've tried: reverting gpu drivers, reinstalling the game, and verifying files on steam. Someone please.
