How’s the matchmaking recently?
People are reporting that they’re having more balanced matches today. This comes after Sammy Duc said that they’re making MM changes in December. So did you notice any difference today?

I noticed that I'm being forced to play on servers that i didn't select and am playing against players ranging from gold to pred. I'm diamond 4.
Is this meant to be happening?
- @hayhor I tend to pick the New York connection, but I think you mean by server, I run the standard BR not ranked. I can sometimes turn off the fill team button, but for whatever reason, it will toss one or two partners my way as it sees fit.
- @WolfieBlood722 The server you pick is just your lobby and basic location. Depending on speed of MM you can end up at one near that one. For example I'm central US. I sometimes end up on the coasts with higher ping.

I agree. My MM has been very unpredictable for the last week or two for sure. I don't solo q much but I made an ill fated decision to do a session Saturday night. I'm ashamed to say that my team mates were so bad and weird at the same time, and my enemies so superior, that I rage quit almost every single game. Not my finest hour by a long shot. I haven't done that in a long time. I will not be solo queuing again on a weekend night anytime soon. My stats, which I was very proud of just a week ago, have since tanked.
My pre-made matches with my two not-so-great friends have been consistently terrible. Pubs matches queued with my better buddy have been about par for the course, we always face lobbies full of sweats. We did win a gold ranked game today, so that's something, I guess...
Finally played tonight after not playing for a week. 3.5 hours solo queue. Some train to start. That mode is unfortunately dead due to all the quitting I had people quitting when up 2 to 0 to 0. On my team and other teams. BR was the same as usual. A total smorgasbord of randomness. Mostly low level teammates completely out of their element.
I guess it was too good to be true, what was fair yesterday, is completely the opposite tonight.
I’m genuinely curious, do you guys not have these Pred pre-stack lobbies?!
- @Gabrielmojo26 When solo queueing, yes but not always. My account isnt marked by a high rank so it takes a good game or two. When squadding with friends, yes pretty much every game.

It's hard to say. I make it a point to not look at other players' banners (except squadmates) because if I do then it will balloon in my head to something that infuriates me enough to quit the game. And I don't want to quit the game. Yet.
