How about adding a duo option
Is it possible to add a duo option to Apex Legends and when there is an negative answer on this question, what are the reasons why it can not be added to the game?

I really hope they do. It's bad enough being stuck with 2 other random people. But two people that have their own agenda while they seclude themselves in party chat. Just lost a match where I carried a duo remaining in party chat. Made it to the final 3 and went down taking a team on by myself while they hid behind a rock. Didn't even bother helping with a revive either. Right afterwards they were flanked and dispatched quickly. Sweet justice! I was only playing regular at the moment for daily challenges. If it was ranked, one would have been steaming. I really have a disdain for duos.
- I’m speaking as an evolutionary being: what has a trio ever done for us except for a guy’s fantasy and even that’s overrated! Duo’s are always better cause you have each other’s back and even non verbal communication is easier! Try conversing with 2 ppl non verbally who speak a different language! Try that with 1! 100% easier! You thought 50% right? WRONG! 100% easier. I don’t know why even tho I made it up but just believe me!
It takes two to tanga, make a baby, have a nice diner (in that chronological order :P) and two to have fun. No wonder three’s a crowd. They should atleast test it like they did with solos.
Make official polls or something god damn it! I just cant believe duo's is any less wanted than solo's.
Jokes aside, they made this game with the intentions of running it as a three person team BR. While many are afraid to share this sentiment, how is it fair to make a person the third wheel? Irl people enjoy being the third wheel and ask for it. However in Apex this is not the case. It's unfair for the "extra" player that is forced to play tag along on a duos selfishness. If it was to start putting solos/duos in it would just be another shooter game such as Destiny and others where these modes exist. A good portion of players are trying to reform this game into something that it was not intended to be.
If the game mode was made to be in such a way it would. But it isn't. So in the meantime it would be nice for people to actually work as a team. A measly team of three. Which seems to be out of most individuals comprehension skills. As working with one or two other people overloads those capabilities one possesses. Wait for an LTM release to have fun as a solo or duo. Until then, play as the mode was intended and not be selfish. I just don't understand why this concept is out of reach for most.

I strongly agree with you. Another major conflict is clashing playstyles. I sort of made a thread about this, but those who play passively and those who play aggressively tend to have difficulty cooperating. This is exacerbated when you're the 3rd to a premade duo. You have to adapt to their playstyle if you want to stand a chance at winning which can sap the fun from a match. +1
