How do I get my stuff back after unlinking and linking back

so, I recently linked back my Xbox account back to my EA account and I was checking to see If the linking worked and on my Xbox I saw that all of the stuff on apex was gone battle pass items and weapon skins and Sutch I couldn't even access the battle pass or the characters but not all of was gone It was weird because some of the skins were still on my characters and skins for the weapons but not all of them were there so I don't know what to do but I just want my apex things back.

  • I'm about to tell you something * up but this bug has been occuring for over 3 years. The current version of this bug has now lasted 6 months and they still don't know how to fix it. Go to bug reports for proof.

  • Yep this is a major bug that's impacting a ton of people. EA has barely acknowledge the issue. We have gotten very little info on the progress of a fix. They just keep telling us to wait and they hope to have it fixed soon. If you relink back to the old account that may fix the issue. It's worked for some people. If not you are stuck waiting for EA to fix it.

  • Unlinking as a whole can result in data loss, relinking the previously unlinked account doesn't guarantee the data to come back.

I am aware of this lobby issue happening randomly, though your case could be different.

Your best bet would be to contact support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

  • Hey Friend, it happened to me too. I've been trying for days. I have all these receipts for EA Support but no one can help. They just say, in the disclaimer it says you will lose all data once you unlink. I asked where it says that as I didn't read anything like that and wouldn't have done it. Some Season 2 hundreds of dollars of content and tons of earned content as well. What's even more messed up is that my Caustic Character is still wearing all of the items I bought for him and the player banner still has different icons I earned so I know they still have the data on their end.

EA, after 20 years of playing your games I'm sad to say that you are pretty much robbing your players. I used to love you!
