I'm about to tell you something * up but this bug has been occuring for over 3 years. The current version of this bug has now lasted 6 months and they still don't know how to fix it. Go to bug reports for proof.
Yep this is a major bug that's impacting a ton of people. EA has barely acknowledge the issue. We have gotten very little info on the progress of a fix. They just keep telling us to wait and they hope to have it fixed soon. If you relink back to the old account that may fix the issue. It's worked for some people. If not you are stuck waiting for EA to fix it.
