How do i prove i did'nt using cheat

Found out i was banned.

I just started an Apex Legends account on March 28 2024, I played as usual then on April 2 I was sent an email saying that I used a cheat, which I never used a cheat at all, I tried to contact EA Help and he said that an investigation will be carried out on my account, on April 3 EA again gave me an email saying that my account could not be restored because they still said that I used a cheat. Why do I really hope that EA restores my account because I was lucky to get heirloom shards and I never cheated, why should I use a cheat that my account contains heirloom shards?, does it make sense?, I sent emails to EA repeatedly and the email replies were of course just the same, I was told to use a cheat, I was very frustrated because I got an item that I had never gotten before, it made my days no longer fun.

I just hope EA can do the right thing and give a clear reason, hey EA I really like it apex I swear I will never destroy my favorite game by using cheats.
