How do you speak to a real TOS member?

I've been permabanned on Apex over a month ago over retaliating against a teammate verbally abusing me in voice chat in arenas (arenas is extremely toxic), and I made the mistake of being lazy and used text chat using one naughty word that I legit didn't even know was a bannable offense (wasn't about race, religion, ethnicity etc.).

"Hateful content" is deliberately vague for a reason. What phrases isn't banned today is suddenly banned tomorrow these days. I rarely speak to anyone in game other than in ranked to make callouts; There's absolutely no leeway, no context or attempt at understanding on these help cases. I was just abruptly permabanned without warning. Knowing all that progress is locked away behind one button is extremely upsetting.

I have around 1000 in-game hours on Apex and so much content unlocked in game. I got to Masters in season 13, and hit high diamond many many times. I really like this game.

So much worse has been said in chat to me; in arenas, ranked, pubs. People are overtly racist, and toxic because things don't go their way in one match. But they're not banned because they didn't make the mistake I did. I typically ignore people but that was the one time I didn't.

If there was a real human on the TOS team I could talk to, as well as see the "investigation" that was supposedly conducted. I'd be happy to know how to directly engage with them and talk things through. I know for a fact many other players in the community has had a similar situation as mine.
