When I use the mic consistently I win more matches.
I don't use the mic consistently because I find that the extra 0.33% wins per season is not worth all the disagreements over goals, strategies, and playstyles. It's genuinely exhausting to always be right and yet get argued with by a kid with 300 matches, 400 kills, and 7 wins on his main. I can't save these people and trying doesn't make me a better person. It makes me tired.

It's not very useful when you don't understand a single word they say. So yeah, I value it about... 0.7% at the most.
I was playing earlier and met somebody in pubs and we decided to squad up. Since we were both giving each other good coms, it was a lot easier getting wins. I'm pretty sure we got at least 5 wins out of around 12 games.
